Complete Platform Usage Guide

The hpm99 platform is an online gaming service accessible only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of account registration
• Must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
• Not residing in a region or jurisdiction where online gaming activity is fully prohibited
• Has not previously been banned or restricted by the hpm99 platform
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

Hpm99 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Any account found to be in violation of the minimum age requirement will be terminated immediately and all associated balances will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. Our platform employs a multi-layered identity verification system to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the hpm99 platform. Multiple account registration — whether using the same name, phone number, email, IP address, device, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, active mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account closure without notice.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months)
• Bank statement or e-wallet account details for payment method verification purposes
• A selfie holding your identity document if required

General rules applicable to all hpm99 bonuses:

• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player or redeemed directly without meeting the wagering requirements.

Hpm99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. hpm99's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and promotional claims are final.

All games offered on the hpm99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent international testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is random, unbiased, and cannot be manipulated by any party — including hpm99 itself.

Players are required to comply with the following code of conduct while using the platform:

• Using any automation software, bots, or technical aids that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, or any form of improper cooperation with other players is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited — any bugs discovered must be reported to customer support.
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language or behaviour toward other players or platform staff is strictly prohibited.
• Game results recorded in the hpm99 system are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

Any breach of game rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the case.

You are solely responsible for keeping your hpm99 account password and login credentials confidential. hpm99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If anyone claims to represent hpm99 and requests your login details, this is a scam and must be reported immediately.

Recommended security measures:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via the security settings.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not reuse the same password across other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to support if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Hpm99 is not liable for any losses arising from your own negligence in maintaining account security. However, we are committed to assisting you in recovering your account in cases of unauthorised access that are reported promptly.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the hpm99 customer support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification is completed.

Hpm99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any platform terms and conditions
• Confirmation that a player is under 18 years of age
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions
• Multiple account registration
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Requests from relevant authorities

In the event of closure due to a violation, hpm99 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending investigation. If the violation is proven, the balance may be fully forfeited. This decision is final.

Hpm99 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. While we strive to maintain 99.98% uptime, unavoidable technical disruptions may occur from time to time.

Hpm99 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions or scheduled system maintenance
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity or device failure on the player's end
• Losses caused by third-party actions beyond the platform's control
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform

The maximum liability of hpm99 to any player under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Hpm99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, regulatory changes, or platform improvements.

When amendments are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated
• A notice will be sent to your registered email for material amendments.
• An in-platform notice will be displayed upon your next login.

Continued use of the hpm99 platform after any amendment to the terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
